Write to us and a person will answer. If it is one of the three problems below, the fix is usually faster than the reply.

Tell us which iPhone models the two units are, which iOS version, and whether the link was Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or the internet when the problem happened. That is nearly always what the first reply would have to ask for.
The parent phone cannot find the baby unit
Both phones must be signed in to the same Slumbi account — that account is what pairs them, and a unit signed in to a different one is invisible on purpose. After that, check that the nursery phone is actually on the Baby Unit screen and has not been swiped closed.
On Wi-Fi, both phones need to be on the same network. Guest networks and "client isolation" on some routers block devices from seeing each other; if your router has that setting, the Bluetooth link still works with it on.
The video freezes, but the sound keeps going
That is iOS, not a bug. When the nursery phone is minimized or its screen is off at the system level, iOS stops the camera and keeps audio running — so the parent side shows an Audio Only state instead of a stale frame. Bring the Baby Unit screen back to the front and video resumes by itself.
To keep a dark nursery and live video, use Slumbi's own Power Saving Mode or the moon button rather than locking the phone: both dim what the room sees while the app stays in front.
Alerts are not waking me
Two separate permissions decide this. Notifications must be allowed, and — for cry and noise — Critical Alerts must be granted as well; that second one is what lets a sound through the silent switch and Focus modes. Both live in iOS Settings under Slumbi, and Slumbi shows a warning on the parent screen when either is missing.
Also worth checking: alerts arrive on the parent phone, so it is that phone's permissions that matter, not the nursery one's.
Refunds and subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so we cannot issue refunds or cancel a subscription on your behalf. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase went through but Slumbi still shows the paywall, write to us — that one we can fix.
